REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPY
Massage Therapy
Massage Therapy is an effective treatment for relieving postural strain, reducing muscular pain, and supporting overall nervous system regulation. It can also help decrease stress and anxiety, improve circulation, enhance immune function, and promote deeper, more restorative sleep.
Treatments are rooted in Swedish massage techniques, using long, flowing strokes that gradually deepen to realign muscle fibers and release tension. Depending on your needs, sessions may also incorporate:
Stretching techniques
Thai-Yoga Massage
Myofascial release
Craniosacral therapy
Body alignment approaches
For musculoskeletal conditions, acupuncture may be integrated within the Massage Therapy scope of practice where appropriate with your additional informed consent.

TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Acupuncture is a regulated healthcare practice in Ontario and forms the foundation of diagnosis and treatment.
A TCM assessment is used to identify patterns of imbalance within the body. Diagnosis may be based on:
Six Levels / Pathogens: Heat, Cold, Damp, Wind, Dryness, or Stasis
Five Element Theory:
Wood (Liver)
Fire (Heart)
Earth (Spleen)
Metal (Lung)
Water (Kidney)
Yin and Yang balance (excess and deficiency patterns)
Treatment may include a combination of modalities within scope of practice:
Acupuncture
Acupressure
Tuina or Taiji bodywork
Moxibustion
Cupping
Gua Sha
Bloodletting
Qi Gong exercises
Chinese nutrition and lifestyle guidance
Each treatment plan is tailored to address the root cause and presentation of your condition, supporting both acute care and long-term balance.
TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE
Semi-Private sessions
6 Levels or Balance Method
Follow-up acupuncture treatments are offered in a semi-private setting designed to provide both individualized care and efficient treatment flow.
You will have your own private treatment room
Treatments are conducted with two rooms running concurrently
Practitioner time: approximately 20–30 minutes of direct care within a 45-minute session
You remain fully supported and monitored throughout your treatment
These sessions use fine filiform acupuncture needles, which are gently inserted and retained while you rest for approximately 30–40 minutes.
Two primary treatment approaches are used:
Balance Method (Five Element-Based)
Focuses on musculoskeletal pain and functional conditions
Integrates Five Element diagnosis with Yin/Yang balancing within the same session
Six Levels Treatments
Supports the body’s natural defenses
Effective for strengthening constitution and addressing acute conditions (e.g., early-stage colds)
Less focused on structural pain conditions
Additional techniques (such as cupping, moxibustion, or Tuina) may be included when clinically indicated, though they are not the primary focus of these sessions.

HOLISTIC HEALTH SERVICES
Reiki
Reiki is a gentle, energy-based therapy that supports relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being. Through light touch or hands held just above the body, Reiki helps regulate the nervous system and encourage the body’s natural healing response. It is often used to promote emotional balance, improve sleep, and restore a sense of calm and clarity.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a therapeutic technique that applies targeted pressure to specific points on the feet, hands, or ears, which correspond to different organs and systems in the body. By stimulating these reflex points, reflexology can help improve circulation, reduce tension, and support systemic balance. It is deeply relaxing while also providing subtle therapeutic effects throughout the body.
